When can I expect delivery of my order?
Delivery time estimates are based on product availability and standard ground UPS shipping unless you have indicated another delivery method. Online we provide visitors with product availability by warehouse location. In-stock products ship the same-day from our Central Distribution Center (CDC) on orders placed Mon-Fri before 5:00 PM ET. For non-stock items, we will ship items as they become available.

Orders placed online are only sold to those who reside in the United States or Canada; we do not ship orders from our website to other countries. Services and training solutions are only sold within Horizon Solutions' primary service areas within New York State and New England.
How does Horizon Solutions calculate freight charges?
Horizon Solutions uses a weight-based matrix to calculate freight charges. The freight charged is dependent on the weight of the product and the level of service chosen. Ground shipping rates are only waived when pre-paid freight is negotiated into a customer’s contract with Horizon Solutions.
What are the expedited shipping options?
Online orders only ship to USA and Canada addresses.
- 2-Day Express Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will be delivered in two business days
- Next Day Air Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST will be delivered by the end of the following business day
Where do I find tracking information on my order once it ships?
Whenever possible, shipping confirmations will be sent with tracking information as soon as your order leaves a Horizon Solutions facility or a third-party supplier’s facility. Order shipping confirmations will come to the email address assigned in your online account and shipping confirmation will come from [email protected].
For those customers who have requested and received access to their online account, shipping status and shipping tracking numbers can be found in My Account > Order History > Order Details. This information is available for all orders, whether you placed the order online or on the phone. You can always check your order history for updates.
