Our associate development program is an accelerated, 12-24-month program designed to prepare people who have a technical education, background, and experience for a position in our sales organization. This program is specifically designed for recent college graduates looking for an exciting career and for veterans looking for an opportunity to transition their military knowledge and skills into a great civilian career in inside sales, account management/technical sales, and technical sales and solutions. Once accepted into the program, you will use the education and skills you already have to work side by side with current inside sales representatives, account managers, and specialists.
At Horizon Solutions, learning and development never stop. All new employs begin with onboarding to help them quickly and completely understand all of the aspects of our business, including customers, suppliers, the organization, and, of course, their new position. Once you’re up-to-speed, you’ll work with your manager to set professional goals and create a development plan for your continued growth and success. Specific training and development opportunities focused on your personal goals are included in your development plan.
